Rental & legal documents

Write a rental agreement in the time it takes to make tea.

Leasely asks plain questions — one screen at a time — and turns your answers into a properly formatted PDF you can sign and send. Eighteen document types, from a residential lease to an NDA. No account, no internet, no lawyer's hourly rate.

Eighteen documents, all in one app.

Process

Three steps. No blank page.

The hard part of a legal document is knowing what it needs to say. Leasely already knows — you just answer.

01

Answer one question at a time

Plain language, one screen each — "Who are the tenants?", "How will rent be paid?". Dates that are obviously today are pre-filled, and people you've named on past documents come back as one-tap chips. Your progress saves as you go.

02

Pick a layout

Eight clause layouts for agreement-shaped documents, and a proper column table with a totals panel for invoices. Same answers, different presentation — swap the layout without re-entering anything.

03

Export the PDF

A clean, numbered, signature-ready PDF built on your device. Share it, print it, or email it straight from the app. Come back later and the draft is exactly where you left it.

Privacy

Your documents never leave your phone.

Leasely has no account, no login and no server that receives what you write. Every name, address, rent figure and signature is stored in your device's own storage, and the PDF is built there too. We could not read your agreements if we were asked to — which is also why the app works with no signal at all.

Nothing is uploaded

Drafts, finished documents and saved party details stay in local app storage. There is no cloud copy, ours or anyone's.

No account, ever

No email, no password, no profile. We do not know who you are, so there is nothing to leak or sell.

Works with no signal

Fill in a move-out inspection in an empty flat with no reception. Everything, including the PDF, runs on-device.

Detail

The small things that make it fast.

Signatures

Sign with a finger

Sign inside the document and the signature lands in the right place on the PDF, next to the printed name and date.

Memory

People you've named before

Anyone on a past document comes back as a one-tap chip, so the second agreement is far quicker than the first.

Drafts

Nothing is ever lost

Every document autosaves. Close the app mid-sentence and the jump sheet takes you back to any question.

Languages

Twenty, in full

Every question and clause heading is translated — not just the menus. Arabic, Hindi, Japanese, Ukrainian and more.

Price

Free, no subscription

No monthly plan and no paywall on the core documents. A coin wallet covers a few premium exports, earned in-app.

Layouts

Eight ways to print it

Swap between clause layouts at the last step — or a real column table with totals, if it's an invoice.

Languages

English, Afrikaans, Arabic, Chinese, Filipino, French, German, Hindi, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian and Vietnamese — every question, every clause heading, not just the menus.

Questions

Is Leasely free?

Yes. There is no subscription and no paywall on the core documents — including the rental agreement. A small coin wallet covers a handful of premium exports, and coins can be earned in the app rather than bought.

Do I need to create an account?

No. There is no sign-up, no email and no password. Open the app and start on the first question.

Does it work without internet?

Yes. Questions, clause layouts and PDF generation all run on your device, so the app works with no signal at all.

Where are my documents stored?

On your phone. Drafts and finished documents are saved locally and are not uploaded anywhere. That also means they are not backed up to a cloud — export the PDF if you want a copy somewhere else.

Can I sign the document in the app?

Yes. Documents that need signing include a signature step you complete with your finger, and the signature is placed on the exported PDF next to the printed name and date.

Are these documents legally binding?

A document you both sign is generally binding, but tenancy and contract law differs by country, state and city — including rules on notice periods, deposit limits and mandatory disclosures. Leasely produces a well-structured document, not legal advice. For a high-value or disputed matter, have a qualified lawyer in your jurisdiction review it.

Can I change a document after I've made it?

Yes. Every document is saved as a draft you can reopen. Use the jump sheet to go straight to the question you want to change, then export a fresh PDF.

Which documents does it cover?

Eighteen: rental agreement, sublease, roommate agreement, notice to vacate, rent increase notice, deposit return letter, rental application, inspection checklist, freelance contract, NDA, employment offer, equipment rental, invoice, rent receipt, promissory note, bill of sale, photo and model release, and a pet and house sitting agreement.
